You Are Too Important To Let Someone STEAL Your Time!!!

One thing we can all agree on is that we all have a limited time here on this earth. We can gather more gold, more friends, more knowledge and even more love, but the one thing we can’t get any more of is time. That being said, why on earth would you ever let someone else steal your time by ruining your day? Why would you give them the power to influence your life? Most importantly, why would you take valuable time that you can never make up to feel jealous or angry or vindictive or filled with rage at someone who wants to steal your most valuable asset?  Why would you ever let someone else STEAL your time?!? How can you stop yourself from doing this is? It’s as simple as talking to yourself. Yep, that’s what I said. Talking to yourself. The next time you feel one of this useless emotions start to take hold, simply start talking to yourself. When you first become aware, tell yourself what’s happening. “I’m getting mad over this? Is the time I’m spending on this worth it?”  Right away spend some time comparing a few of the good things in life with whatever is bringing out the bad. Wouldn’t you rather spend what little time there is, smiling or laughing and really living rather than snarling with frustration, rage or hate?  1-Be aware of what’s going on and how you’re feeling.  2-start talking to yourself (out loud)about the Why-How-Who-How Long and if it’s worth losing every precious instant you’ll waste.  3-Start embracing the one word that can get you out of the hole that’s being dug. Gratitude.  4-Ask who else you can help. Who can you find, and make to their life more positive than someone is trying to make yours miserable?  5-Do it! Do it, get off your butt and help somebody. Buy them groceries, send them cash for their meds, buy a meal for the car behind you at the drive through, mow their lawn, send them flowers and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.  The bottom line is if you want to help others, you will. If you don’t want to, you’ll find a way not to.   Likewise, if you want to feel lousy or angry or vicious, then you’ll find a way to feel that way. But, if you want to feel better, if you want to find a way to use those valuable instants you have left, you’ll find that way too.  Why on earth would you let someone else to steal YOUR time?  You shouldn’t! Expect What You Deserve

What you expect to find is most often what you will find! Expect negativity and you’ll seek it out. Expect positivity and you’ll find yourself seeking that out and that is what you’ll find. Follow this road and  pretty soon you’ll expect to find the positive even in the most negative situations. That’s when you know you’ve begun to really live the kind of life you deserve!  Peace       …..Gregg

What You Do Today Will Change The World… Better or Worse Is Up To You!

It is not overstating it to say that what you do today will change the world forever. Whether you believe that or not, will affect the outcome of each day.  So if you choose not to get the Covid—19 vaccine and instead allow yourself to possibly become an incubator for future mutations, you’re affecting the rest of us. (FYI…the same goes for the rest of the vaccines)  So have you made the world better or worse? At the end of the day you’re making the world worse.  If you choose to turn away when others are being bigoted or hateful, at the end of the day you’re making the world worse.  If you live within a self made world of illusion instead of facts, you’re making the world worse.  If you spend more time making excuses than finding reasons then you’ve made the world worse. If at the end of the day you find that you’ve complained more than you’ve complemented, you’ve made the world worse. Be aware! Be aware not only of where you are and how you are, but be aware of who you are! Be aware of the opportunities to be grateful, to learn lessons and to show others the kind of kindness and empathy that we were all meant to have.  Finally, remember that regardless, with each step we take we will change something about the world we all live in. Do your best to make each change, a change for the better. If enough of us do that each and every day, we’ll make progress and so will the world.  Peace      …..Gregg
